Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Valid driver's license and approved driving record by insurance company
• Company certification in forklift driving
• Ability to read directions and use a street map to plot delivery routes
• Ability to maintain simple logs and records
• Ability to carry out work instructions without constant supervision

About the Role:

Operate a box truck or similar vehicle to pick up and deliver parts, materials, and finished products. Service customers in the local area.

Your Responsibilities:

• Load trucks with required parts, purchased or manufactured
• Determine the most efficient order of delivery and prepare a schedule
• Deliver orders and receive proper payments
• Maintain simple records of deliveries and truck mileage
• Follow maintenance schedule for truck servicing; report mechanical issues to supervisor
• Assist in general warehouse duties after completing deliveries
