Job Title: Warehouse Delivery Driver
Location: Just Ingredients 1439 North 1380 West Orem, UT
Full time: M-F 7:30-4:00
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour (non-exempt)

Role Summary:
The warehouse delivery driver plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the warehouse by assisting with stocking, picking, sorting, loading, and unloading of products. This position involves both driving and hands-on warehouse duties to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to and from vendors and wholesale customers. This position requires teamwork and organization to help ensure the smooth flow of materials and accuracy in inventory and to contribute to the efficiency of on-time delivery of all Just Ingredients products.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy machinery to transport inventory, including forklifts, reach trucks, and motorized pallet jacks.
• Deliver retail orders to customers and retail locations using the Just Ingredients truck, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collect products from vendors using the Just Ingredients truck, ensuring safe transportation.
• Retrieve, stage, and organize products for truck loading and unloading.
• Unload products upon arrival and ensure proper placement and organization of the product.
• Work with heavy equipment and machinery, including forklifts, to load and unload products.
• Ensure that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded during deliveries and pickups.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth product flow and on-time delivery.
• Uphold a safe and secure work environment by following safety procedures when driving and operating heavy equipment, and ensure that equipment is maintained properly.
• Maintain an up-to-date driving record and forklift certification

Qualifications
Required:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities while focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as well as bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the day.
• Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods (8-10 hours) and work in varying warehouse conditions (cold, hot, or dusty environments).
• Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet business needs.
• Proficient in English—ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Preferred:

• Previous driving, warehouse, or logistics experience
• Inventory management understanding and the use of warehouse management systems.
• Experience with Fishbowl software strongly preferred; familiarity with ShipStation is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• On-site, 40 hours per week full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or overtime work as needed for special sale events.
• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and timelines
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
