Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to join the Warshauer Electric Supply team in New Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on efficiently filling customer orders, stocking and shipping materials, and performing branch warehouse tasks with safety and accuracy.

Up to 50% of time may involve delivering products to customers or suppliers in a box truck without a CDL. Key duties include receiving materials, preparing branch orders, processing shipments, operating equipment, and completing

Qualifications

• General knowledge of electrical products and related warehouse tasks.
• Basic computer literacy required for inventory systems and order processing.
• Strong communication with co-workers and customers is essential.
• Ability to solve problems and handle basic issues as they arise.
• Ability to perform basic math for correct order quantities and calculations.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain time management and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic/driver laws applicable to delivery.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist receiving and stocking of materials with accuracy and safety.
• Prepare and ship orders, verify quantities and descriptions, and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as trained.
• Load and unload deliveries; drive delivery vehicles up to 50% of time (no CDL required).
• Inspect and maintain equipment, and perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Complete delivery paperwork, collect signatures, and ensure proper documentation.
• Support branch operations and customer service as needed.
• Participate in safety programs and follow SOPs and EH&S rules.
