Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin. Starting pay is $19-$23 per hour with health, dental, vision, disability, and voluntary insurance, plus a 401K match and paid holidays/vacation days.

The role involves warehouse operations, inventory control, forklift use, and delivering materials to job sites. Requirements include a valid driver's license, 1–2 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Minimum of 1-2 years Warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must know safe warehouse practices.
• Must be willing to deliver product between offices on daily basis.
• Forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift to place products and materials in proper place.
• Load and log materials onto truck and makes notation of returned materials.
• Prepare jobs and materials for all crews.
• Clean trucks (both inside and out).
• Deliver material/transporting employees to job sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
