Ewing Outdoor Supply is in need of a customer service-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver at our Smyrna GA location. The right candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, with the ability to hustle in a fast-paced distribution warehouse, prioritizing service to contractors and customers.

This role involves delivery and warehouse tasks, requiring the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. We will also help you build your skills and product knowledge to assist at the sales counter as you grow.

Prior experience in the green industry and landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory. We value the right team fit.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively
• Greet and direct customers
• Deliver items to various addresses and routes
• Follow routes and schedules
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Inform customers about products and services
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure racks are stocked
• Coordinate with team to provide excellent service, especially during peak times
• Provide accurate product information
• Answer customer questions
• Conduct price and feature comparisons
• Cross-sell products
• Report customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay updated on new products/services
