Job summary

Elliott Electric Supply is seeking a warehouse associate in Little Rock, AR to support order fulfillment, stocking, and inventory control. The role runs 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime and rare Saturday mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with warehouse, distribution or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to identify product by size, type, style, color code/sku.
• Must be able to read orders/match orders without error on shipping tickets and stock items while manually entering correct catalog numbers.
• Basic math skills and reasoning skills.
• Ability to obtain certification of power-truck equipment.
• Operate inventory control equipment, i.e. bar-coding equipment, handheld devices.
• Organizational skills, attention to details and general data entry competence is a must!
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Proven delivery driver experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports the day to day operations of order fulfillment from picking, staging, wrapping, loading, and delivering Product.
• Stock shelves, reconcile inventory, and maintain a safe, orderly warehouse/yard.
• Assist with other warehouse functions as needed and nullify safety risks.
• Adhere to schedule: 7:30am–4:30pm, Mon–Fri; occasional Saturday mornings 2x per year.
• Complete pre-employment drug test per company policy.

Supports the day to day operations of order fulfillment from picking, staging, wrapping, loading, and delivering Product. Responsible for other aspects of warehouse functions when needed: including stocking shelves, inventory reconciliation and maintaining the warehouse/yard in a safe and orderly fashion. Schedule is 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday with minimum overtime (Saturday morning work required 2x per year). Starting pay at $16.75 per hour. Physical Requirements

Able to move/lift up to 60 lbs. unassisted. Able to withstand extreme temperatures in a typical warehouse environment position. 75% of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing. Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds.
