Job summary

Elliott Electric Supply is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, stock, and fulfill customer orders in a outdoor warehouse environment at Farmers Branch, TX. You will operate a sit-down/stand-up forklift, verify part numbers against packing slips, and ensure accurate stock placement.

Required are a High School diploma or GED and forklift certification; experience in warehouse operations and reading orders is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred with warehouse experience.
• Read orders and match shipping tickers to items.
• Certification to operate heavy equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock conduit outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Fulfill customer orders using forklifts and deliver to the dock area.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions against packing slips.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or discrepancies and report accordingly.
• Stock merchandise in proper bin locations.
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed.

Responsible for receiving and stocking conduit (pipe) outdoors in varying temperatures and fulfillment of customer orders using forklifts and delivering to the dock area.. Verify part number, quantity and description received by checking the Packing Slip. Examine merchandise for damagees or discrepancies and reporting/recording it. Stock merchandise in the proper bin location . Assist in any/all other areas of the warehouse as needed. Hours: M-F, 3:00pm to 12:00am (3pm to midnight)

Qualifications:

Qualifications: High School diploma/GED with warehouse experience preferred. Be able to read orders/match order on shipping tickers to items picked. Identify product by size,, type, style, color or product code. Obtain Certification to operate heavey equipement.

Physical Requirements:

Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a sit-down and stand up forklift after training. Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Stand/walk extended periods, lift, pull, push and be able to climb ladders for top-level selection. Be able to withstand extreme temperatures in a non-climate controlled warehouse and be willing to work outside exposed to the weather elements.
