Duval Ford seeks a Parts Warehouse Assistant to manage the warehouse, receive, store, and dispatch a wide range of parts. You will handle packing lists, data entry, and shipping paperwork while supporting timely deliveries.

The role requires forklift operation, strong organization, and reliable teamwork. The job is on-site, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and a clean, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

Responsabilités

• Use company van for pick-up and delivery.
• Enter and verify goods in the purchase order and processing database.
• Fill out bills of lading and be familiar with freight carrier forms.
• Estimate weight to calculate shipping costs.
• Follow proper packaging methods and document requirements.
• Be familiar with common material handling equipment and maintain forklift license.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean work area.
