Slumberland's Alexandria, Minnesota location is seeking a motivated Full-Time Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team. You will support warehouse operations and customer deliveries, including receiving, moving, and organizing merchandise and ensuring safe operation of delivery vehicles.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and be able to lift 75+ pounds. Prior warehouse or delivery experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and insurability.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Capable of frequently lifting and carrying items weighing 75 pounds or more.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with furniture deliveries to customers' homes and businesses.
• Help ensure the safe operation of delivery vehicles, including daily vehicle inspections and mileage/fluids records.
• Receive, move, and organize merchandise in the warehouse and transport to showroom areas.
• Use proper lifting techniques and operate powered equipment safely.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and showroom to support a professional delivery service.

Our Slumberland Furniture location in Alexandria, Minnesota is seeking a motivated Full-Time Warehouse & Delivery Associate to become part of our outstanding team. Position Overview

As a Warehouse & Delivery Associate, you will play a key role in supporting both warehouse operations and customer deliveries. Responsibilities include assisting with furniture deliveries to customers' homes and businesses while helping ensure the safe operation of company delivery vehicles. This includes conducting daily vehicle inspections and maintaining records of mileage and fluid levels.

In the warehouse, you will receive, move, and organize merchandise throughout the facility, including transporting products to showroom areas. Proper use of manual lifting techniques and powered equipment is essential to maintaining a safe work environment. Additional duties include helping with general upkeep of the building and grounds.

This position is vital to creating a positive customer experience by maintaining an organized warehouse, an attractive showroom, and professional delivery service.

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Benefits & Compensation

The starting pay for this position is $17 per hour. Additionally, eligible full-time team members may participate in a comprehensive benefits package following the applicable waiting period, including:
