Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00/Hour
Job Purpose Summary
To support APIC Solutions field operations by receiving, organizing, storing, staging, and delivering materials, tools, and equipment in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. The Warehouse & Delivery Associate ensures inventory is maintained accurately, deliveries are completed on time, and the warehouse remains organized and ready to support all APIC divisions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Stock warehouse shelves and maintain organized inventory locations.
- Pick, pull, and stage materials from Bills of Materials (BOMs) for projects.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites using company vehicles.
- Assist technicians with loading materials and equipment.
- Return unused job materials to inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and loading areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Represent APIC Solutions professionally while supporting all company divisions.
Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Forklift experience or ability to become forklift certified.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or construction material experience.
- Experience with electrical materials preferred.
- Experience reading Bills of Materials (BOMs).
