Job summary

CJ's Tire and Auto in Middle River, MD is seeking a versatile Driver/Warehouse Associate. The role combines driving tire deliveries with hands-on warehouse tasks, ensuring timely, error-free service while upholding company standards.

You will load, unload, and stage tires and shop equipment, assist in quality control, and help maintain a safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 21, have a valid non-CDL license, and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid U.S. non-CDL driver’s license.
• License must be held for at least 1 year and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Drive and perform tire deliveries while following company policies.
• Assist in loading, unloading and staging tires and shop equipment in the warehouse.
• Ensure timely, error-free, courteous service and maintain quality control over shipments.

While driving, this associate is expected to provide timely. error free, and courteous tire deliveries following established company policies and procedures. While working in the warehouse, this associate is expected to assist in the loading, unloading and staging processes. Employee is also responsible for quality control, ensuring no damaged/defective product is shipped or received.Experience/Education/Other Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentBasic reading, writing and arithmetic skills requiredMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid U.S. drivers license NON CDL, have had a drivers license for at least 1 year, and be insurable through our insurance companyBe able to bend, stoop, kneel, lift passenger and light truck tires, wheels and shop equipment up to approximately 50lbs.
