Job summary

CJ's Tire and Auto in Birdsboro, PA is seeking a versatile associate to perform both driver and warehouse duties. You will deliver tires and assist with loading/unloading, ensuring quality and timely service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 21+ years, a valid US Class C license, DOT medical card, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience operating a 26’ box truck. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid U.S. Class C driver’s license (NON CDL), have had a driver’s license for at least 3 years, and be insurable.
• Must have a valid DOT Medical card.
• Must possess a comfort level operating a 26’ Non CDL Box truck.
• Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, lift tires and shop equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive, deliver tires following established company policies and procedures.
• Assist in loading, unloading and staging processes in the warehouse.
• Perform quality control to ensure no damaged/defective product is shipped or received.
• Possibly perform duties of driver and warehouse associate as needed.

While driving, this associate is expected to provide timely. error free, and courteous tire deliveries following established company policies and procedures. While working in the warehouse, this associate is expected to assist in the loading, unloading and staging processes.
