Job summary

Otis, the world leader in elevator technology, is seeking a Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator in Plano, TX to manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and parts logistics for Otis and Urban Elevator Services Texas.

You will coordinate deliveries to job sites, maintain hazardous waste paperwork per regulations, operate a forklift, and support fleet admin tasks. The role requires a High School diploma, ability to pass a DOT exam, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Must pass Department of Transportation (DOT) exam.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory control, parts ordering, shipping/receiving, and tool/equipment management.
• Properly manage HAZMAT program; contain waste oil and schedule pickups; complete documentation.
• Prepare and submit state taxes due on hazardous waste shipments and arrange deliveries to job sites.
• Track and submit city parking permits and provide fleet admin support.
• Maintain warehouse vehicles and keep the warehouse in safe, proper order.
