Job summary

Soho Studio Corp is seeking a Distribution Center Department Manager in Tolleson, AZ to lead the Warehouse Operations team and ensure smooth merchandise flow from receiving to shipping. You will supervise an Assistant Department Manager, Trainers, and department staff, driving operational excellence and staff development.

Responsibilities include optimizing staffing, coaching personnel, enforcing safety policies, and implementing cost-effective processes to meet company goals and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, including shipping, receiving, inventory management and personnel management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• SAP and WMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the distribution center operations to ensure merchandise flows to customers.
• Lead Assistant Department Manager, Trainers, and department staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations and compliance with policies.
• Monitor staffing and performance to meet timely product movement and processing.
• Design and implement process improvements to control costs and improve efficiency.
