Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Center Administrative Clerk for its Richburg, SC location. The role involves managing inventory records, preparing documentation for shipments, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse administration and proficiency in Excel and WMS. This is a full-time in-person position with a schedule from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in inventory control or related field required.
  • Strong background in Excel including pivot tables and V-lookups.
  • Experience in warehouse administration with at least 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Inbound/Outbound documentation and maintain inventory records.
  • Process inventory transactions and compile data for performance reports.
  • Assist with daily operations and administrative duties in the distribution center.

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse/Distribution Center Administrative Clerk to join our team in Richburg, SC.

About Freight Breakers:

Freight Breakers provides managed labor services to support warehouse, distribution centers, and cross dock operations. We are a North Carolina based company with operations from Pennsylvania to Texas. With onsite leadership and a production-minded labor force, we provide our customers with site-centric solutions to high touch manual processes.

Job Description:

1. Prepare Inbound / Outbound documentation, Bill of Ladings (BOLs) for all Will-Call orders.

2. Validate inbound data in WMS to ensure accurate receipt and update of the inventory data.

3. Maintain DC outbound notification system with the respective shipments.

4. Process and maintain records for all ship confirmations.

5. Process all inventory transactions pertaining to item movement in the Distribution Center. (rummages, adjustments, item code changes, inbound and outbound transactions) 6. Maintain and update inventory database and generate inventory reports.

7. Maintain the inventory aging process by ensuring inventory reflects correct date codes and for report generation and submission to management. 8. Support and maintain daily cycle count process; reconcile discrepancies and maintain daily inventory transfers.

9. Process Cycle Counts and compile data to create performance reports (KPI).

10. Maintain locations control in the system to ensure locations are properly assigned to the respective zones.

11. Assist with the Federal Express process by retrieving and saving order files.

12. Maintain the filling process and provide adequate archive process.

13. Perform all other administrative and / or DC related duties as assigned. Analyze WMS Order Management Module to properly allocate and execute daily orders

14. Assist domestic transportation with daily capacity planning and ship routing.

15. Assist QC with labeling and scanning, as needed.

Job Requirements:

·Ability to stand/walk for an extended period on concrete floor

·Lifting, up to, 50 pounds without limitation

Experience:

· --2 years of experience with inventory control in a DC/warehouse environment or related field. (required)

· -- Strong background in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, analytics), warehouse management systems (DLX, SAP, AS400), Oracle (BI-P) and ERP (PRD). (required)

-- Warehouse Administration: 2 years minimum(Required)

Job Type:Full-time

Schedule: 10:30AM-7PM M-F

Ability to Commute:Richburg, SC 29729: Relocate before starting work (Required)
