Job summary

Suisan is seeking a committed member to join our family owned operation in Hawaii. The Warehouse Day Crew Member handles shipping/receiving of materials, maintains inventory records, and moves stock to trucks or shelves with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the team on products received that are damaged, outdated or shorted.
• Unload and receive container freight in an efficient manner.
• Assistance verifying date codes on receipt items and rejecting any outdated products.
• Slot products accurately, utilizing designated areas for slotting pallets.
• Able to perform work independently or as a team member.
• Be punctual and committed to work when scheduled.

Position Summary:

The Suisan Warehouse Day Crew Member is a crucial part of our warehouse operation involving shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining inventory and associated records, recording new stock as it arrives, and moving stock onto trucks or warehouse shelves as needed. This process entails a combination of accuracy in count, familiarity with products, and ability to work under tight time constraints with a high level of detail.
