Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Warehouse Clerical Support Administrator to help maintain order integrity and support direct-to-customer shipping. You will handle data entry, system audits and inter-team communication while using our internal systems and email/phone to manage direct-to-customer orders.

Responsibilities include creating work assignments, generating DC reports and resolving issues related to vendor appointments, shipments, and 3PL providers.

Qualifications

• Enter, verify, maintain and correct data on a computer or handheld device.
• Create work assignments for warehouse personnel.
• Complete distribution center reports.
• Process records and prepare reports for center control areas.
• Resolve issues with vendor appointments, shipment quality, damage and 3PL delivery.

Responsibilities
