Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Warehouse Clerical Support Administrator for the 1st shift in Buford, GA. You’ll ensure order integrity by auditing data, researching issues, and coordinating between teams through email and phone communications.

You’ll handle direct-to-customer orders using internal systems and maintain accurate records to support efficient warehouse operations. The role involves creating work assignments for warehouse staff, documenting data, and generating reports for various control

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data handling tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs and work across multiple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, maintain and correct data on a computer or handheld device.
• Create work assignments for warehouse personnel.
• Process records, document data and prepare reports for control areas of the center.
• Resolve issues concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, damage and third-party logistics delivery.
• Stand and sit for long periods; work in non-climate-controlled environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
