Topaz HR is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Customer Support Associate for its Bronx, NY operation. This hands-on role blends warehouse duties with direct customer interaction and sales support to help customers find products and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, propane forklift operation, and some sales or customer service background, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or similar hands-on experience required.
• Experience operating a propane forklift required.
• Previous sales, counter sales, retail, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers in a professional and helpful manner.
• Willingness to learn new responsibilities and assist in different areas of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and materials.
• Pick, prepare, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate a propane-powered forklift to move, load, unload, and organize merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Stock and replenish inventory and assist with inventory counts.
• Load and unload trucks and prepare merchandise for customer pickup or delivery.
• Assist customers in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.
• Help customers locate products and answer basic product and order-related questions.
• Provide sales support by identifying customer needs and assisting with appropriate products or solutions.
• Work with sales, warehouse, and management teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Support additional warehouse, customer service, and operational responsibilities as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.

Position Overview

A growing organization is seeking a dependable, versatile, and customer-focused Warehouse & Customer Support Associate to join its Bronx, NY team. This hands-on role combines warehouse responsibilities with customer interaction and sales support.

Compensation: $20.00+ per hour, based on experience
