Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and input customer orders accurately.
• Run shipments from WMS and stock reports for availability.
• Ensure proper documentation and invoicing; maintain data records.
• Handle data entry for orders, shipments, receipts, and inventories.
• Answer inquiries, route calls, and greet customers professionally.
• Cross-train in other administrative functions and support overtime as needed.
