Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a Customer Service-related role.
• Preferred: 1 year customer invoicing experience.
• Preferred: 2–3 years customer service experience.
• Preferred: 3–5 years in manufacturing or distribution/logistics.
• Preferred: 3–5 years basic math computations experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound activity for assigned accounts.
• Process and input all customer orders and run shipments via WMS.
• Maintain accurate data entry for shipping and receiving.
• Mentor and train new associates on SOPs for shipping, receiving.
• Assist with forklift operation and certification.
• Direct CSR team to meet site objectives and schedules.
