Job summary

Malace|HR is seeking General Cleaners for a logistics facility in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, starting ASAP. This physically demanding role involves cleaning restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and outdoor areas, with long miles of walking and lifting heavy trash.

Shifts include Sunday-Wednesday (5:30a-4p) and Wednesday-Saturday (5:30a-4p) at $16.50 per hour, with evening options at 6:30p-5a and similar schedules paying up to $18.50. Composite toe shoes/boots are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a janitor, custodian, cleaner, or housekeeping position preferred.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning - Restrooms, Break Rooms, Conference Rooms, etc., This is a PHYSICALLY DEMANDING position.
• Removing and Bailing Cardboard.
• Moving and stacking Pallets, Fork truck operation.
