A leading company in the logistics sector seeks an individual for a custodial position responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned warehouse locations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and demonstrate essential abilities such as collaboration and communication. This role includes physical activities such as lifting and may involve working in various conditions. SALARY RANGE:$16.00
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Location Manager, the purpose for this position is to assist in daily custodial duties at the facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for housekeeping duties at assigned warehouse locations.
Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors. Shovels debris.
Disposes of debris and maintains an organized workspace.
Follows safety protocols and uses cleaning equipment appropriately.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
