Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Custodian at our Houston Distribution Center (11303 Antoine Dr, Houston, TX 77066). This essential role keeps our building clean, safe, and organized to support seamless order processing and delivery to customers.

You will sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, empty trash, and assist with landscaping while working a 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule. No experience required—we train you on the job.

Starting pay is $18.60 per hour plus monthly performance incentives.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and empty the trash.
• Maintain the building to ensure clean, organized operations.
• Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
