Job summary

Compass Group USA, ESFM division, has an opening for a full-time JANITOR position at 25810 South Ridgeland Avenue, Monee, IL 60449. Prior warehouse and janitorial experience is preferred. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

As part of ESFM’s facilities management team, you will maintain clean, safe environments, handle routine cleaning duties, and support hospital and facility operations while following all applicable guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including floors, rugs, walls, and windows.
• Disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp-mops floors; moves furniture for cleaning.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment; sanitizes surfaces.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets.
• Completes tasks as assigned by supervisor and adheres to guidelines.
