Warehouse Custodian / Janitor - Nights - $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Position: Warehouse Custodian / Janitor - Nights

Pay range: $22 to $27 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential!

Additional: $2 shift differential

Are you passionate about cleanliness and organization? Uline's state-of-the-art warehouses are bright, spotless, and well-organized. Join us as a Night Shift Custodian at our new Ohio branch, where maintaining excellent facilities is as important as providing quality products and service.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, and interior and exterior building maintenance.
2. Manage trash removal and box scraps using a compactor.
3. Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment.
4. Assist in special projects and perform general labor to support operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience (preferred).
• Ability to frequently move packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs.
