Job summary

Lineage is hiring a Warehouse Sanitation Associate to keep our facility clean, organized, and safe. The role is primarily inside the warehouse, focusing on sanitation and supporting recycling by handling cardboard and other materials.

You will work on the 2nd shift (4x10) from 4PM to 2:30AM with Wednesday-Friday days off, and a shift differential applies. Candidates should be capable of lifting 20 lbs and working in cold storage environments.

Qualifications

• Experience using cleaning tools or warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals safely.
• Able to lift at least 20 lbs and stay active throughout shift.
• Able to work in cold storage (-20°F / -25°C) and warm areas (up to 100°F / 37°C); protective gear provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and cold storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and debris to keep aisles clear and safe.
• Remove ice buildup in freezer areas as needed.
• Stock and safely store cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Operate floor scrubbers, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required.

Job description

Shift:

• 2nd - 4PM - 2:30AM - 4x10 – Wed - Fri days off

Pay: $17 - $19.50/hr DOE + $1.50/hr shift differential on 2nd shift.

Join our team as a Warehouse Sanitation Associate, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our facility clean, organized, and safe. This position works primarily inside the warehouse, maintaining sanitation standards and supporting our recycling efforts by collecting and processing cardboard boxes and other materials. You’ll help ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for all team members while following all company and regulatory safety procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work throughout the warehouse and cold storage areas to maintain a clean, safe environment.

• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum floors.

• Pick up trash, debris and applet pieces to keep aisles clear and workspaces safe.

• Remove ice buildup in freezer areas when needed.

• Make sure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked, working properly, and stored safely.

• Operate floor scrubbers, pallet jacks, or other equipment when needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Experience using cleaning tools or warehouse equipment (like pallet jacks or floor scrubbers) is a plus.

• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals safely.

• Able to lift at least 20 lbs (9 kg) and stay active throughout your shift.

• Can handle working in cold storage (as low as -20°F / -25°C) and warm ar** eas (up to 100°F / 37°C)** — protective gear is provided.

• Team player with a great attitude — ready to jump in and help wherever needed!

Pay Range:$16.90 - $26.11
