We are accepting applications for Fri/Sat/Sun 7pm-7am shifts. The Warehouse Customer Service Representative (WCSR) is a customer-facing role responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth logistics. This role combines warehouse operations with customer service, requiring knowledge of customer products, procedures, and processes, including duties of expeditor, goods receipt, and dock coordination.
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of related experience in customer service or logistics, preferably in third-party logistics.
Ability to read and interpret documents, apply common sense to instructions, and work in a warehouse environment with appropriate safety measures.
Exposure to warehouse areas requiring PPE such as safety glasses and foot protection. May involve standing, walking, and sitting as needed.
