Job Summary:

We are accepting applications for Fri/Sat/Sun 7pm-7am shifts. The Warehouse Customer Service Representative (WCSR) is a customer-facing role responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth logistics. This role combines warehouse operations with customer service, requiring knowledge of customer products, procedures, and processes, including duties of expeditor, goods receipt, and dock coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, shipments, and inventory.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse staff for timely deliveries.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to shipping errors, damages, or delays.
  • Work with logistics, shipping, and inventory teams to maintain accurate records.
  • Generate reports on order accuracy, shipping performance, and complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and CRM tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and shipping procedures.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
  • Ability to interpret documents such as invoices, orders, and manuals.
  • Ability to calculate figures and interpret technical documents.
  • Teamwork skills.
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of related experience in customer service or logistics, preferably in third-party logistics.

Certifications & Licenses:
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid Driver’s License or equivalent
Additional Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents, apply common sense to instructions, and work in a warehouse environment with appropriate safety measures.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Exposure to warehouse areas requiring PPE such as safety glasses and foot protection. May involve standing, walking, and sitting as needed.
