Job summary

Vail Resorts in Keystone invites applicants for winter seasonal roles across resort operations, including warehouse, dining, driving, and guest services. You'll join a team that values safety, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse or similar role.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds as part of daily tasks.

• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Completing physical and active tasks in an efficient manner to pick, pack and deliver goods
• Willingness to work with warehouse functions and tools – we’ll train you!
• Lead with day‑to‑day operations
• Mentor and guide warehouse teammates
• Assist in the ongoing training of staff and provide any necessary feedback
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• Gain knowledge such as Retail / Rental / Food & Beverage operations
• May be required to assist other departments
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary

The Warehouse & Sustainability Lead will assist in coordinating the recycling and sustainability efforts for Keystone Ski Resort as well as receiving, organizing and delivering products for our Mountain Dining outlets. If you have an eye for detail, skill with logistics, and a commitment to zero‑waste efforts, come work with us!
