UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Cover Driver in Reading, PA. The role combines warehouse duties with periodic driving responsibilities to deliver and pick up packages while maintaining customer service excellence.

Typical shifts involve 3.5–5 hours (warehouse) or 8–10 hours (cover driver), with rotation between roles based on business needs and seasonality. The base pay is $21.00/hour and benefits are available after waiting periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL not required.
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer contact and driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties: load/unload, sort, move packages in a fast-paced environment.
• Rotate to Cover Driver duties as needed and notify for shifts outside primary role.
• Safely operate UPS package delivery vehicles when in driver role.
• Meet UPS driver qualification standards and requirements.
