Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Stamina for a mixed warehouse and outdoor driver role.
• Valid driver's license; no CDL required, state varies.
• Satisfactory driving history and DOT physical pass.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse: load/unload, sort, move packages, and cover shifts when needed.
• Cover Driver: operate UPS vehicles, deliver and pick up packages, provide customer service, work outdoors.
• Rotate between roles based on volume, staffing, and seasons.
