Job summary

Zumbrota Drivetrain is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Helper to support core management operations. Primary duties include unloading trucks, receiving cores, labeling, and organizing core inventory to ensure accurate counts and ready-to-use stock for production lines.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Team-oriented, customer-service mindset, and basic Excel skills are a plus for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Assist with logistics for core coming in
• Wash/prep core totes
• Other tasks as directed

Preferred Education and Experience

• 1-2 years experience in warehouse or similar
• Forklift experience
• Ability to lift 40lbs

Knowledge and Personal Attributes

• Demonstrated focus on customer service and team building.
• Computer skills, specifically excel
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must display considerable independence while meeting corporate objectives
