Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting KPI-driven operations, creating dock schedules, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring efficient workload distribution with WMS proficiency. Training and advancement support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel); working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI goals for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers about appointments and load statuses.
• Work with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload and manage WMS down to the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve daily order issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Hourly Pay $23.45 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift A Shift Sunday-Tuesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
