Job Overview

As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will support administrative needs by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate high standards, excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

  • Answering phones, providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls.
  • Preparing, printing, sorting, and filing invoices.
  • Preparing various status reports, including activity and follow-up reports, and adhering to goals.
  • Collaborating with the warehouse to finalize shift responsibilities.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.

Additional skills that are a plus:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High School diploma.
  • Time management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated.
