Job summary

Bionova Scientific LLC seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage material flow in a GMP-regulated warehouse, including receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations, a valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, data entry and ERP experience, plus proficiency in Excel and Outlook. Based in Fremont, CA, lifting up to 40 lb and occasional cold storage apply.

Job Description: We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to be responsible for the efficient and complaint handling of materials within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. This role supports receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Following established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Protocols
• Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
• Labeling every product and storing in determined locations
• Processing material requests and work orders
• Performing cycle counts
• Packaging and processing outbound shipments
• Delivery of material using van and truck
• Operation of material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack

Working Conditions

• This position requires work in a warehouse.
• The role requires walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds independently.
• Minimal access to cold and freezer rooms and material required, utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment.
• Occasional work in cold storage/freezer areas using proper PPE.

Qualifications

The base compensation range for this role is $26-35.30. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.
