Job summary

Morris Packaging, LLC in Kentucky is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator (Material Handler) for a full-time, rotating 12-hour schedule. Starting pay is $21/hour with a $2 shift differential for nights and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners, manage inventory flow, and support shipping and receiving while adhering to SQF standards. No supervisory duties; opportunity to become forklift certified and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Use RF scanners to receive, pick, stage, load, unload, and rotate products.
• Manage daily flow of finished goods by adjusting space allocation.
• Verify inventory to confirm product availability for shipment.
• Document activities and complete required forms and reports.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse housekeeping.
• Maintain forklift inspections and follow safety procedures.
• Identify efficiencies and suggest improvements.
