Warehouse Coordinator (Clovis, NM)

Tetra Pak Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to be based out of our customer’s location in Clovis, New Mexico. This position that will provide Customer Service duties and assist with operations of the warehouse at our customer’s site.

What you will do

As a Warehouse Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing outstanding Customer Service to customers and suppliers to supply customers with necessary product and spare part information as requested
  • Assisting in day-to-day operations of the warehouse
  • Ensuring timely delivery of spare parts to the warehouse to maintain inventory levels
  • Ensuring timely delivery of spare parts to customer’s maintenance department
  • Maintaining organization of the warehouse for ease of spare parts retrieval
  • Assisting with procurement of spare parts
  • Assisting with cost reduction program
  • Preparing daily customer reports
  • Performing other duties as assigned

The typical schedule for this position is M-F from 8 AM - 5 PM, however, role may require additional scheduled shifts.

Who you are

  • 3-5 years in warehouse/parts supply environment
  • Experience in food production environment
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, organization skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Reliable and Team player
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office, email)
  • Leadership/Conflict resolution experience
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Forklift Certification Required, we will train on site.

Job summary: Check and execute goods receipt and delivery with procedures applied in order to ensure quality of information and goods following manufacturing best practices and logistics global procedures as well as collaborate with forklift drivers towards their daily activities.
