Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking an on-site Shipping Department administrator to provide essential clerical support for order processing, invoicing, and daily reporting. You will coordinate shipping, maintain data in systems, and assist truck-building software tasks in a multi-temperature warehouse environment.

The role requires 6+ months of relevant admin/shipping experience, accurate communication, and the ability to lift up to 90 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6+ months warehouse shipping and/or receiving admin support and data entry.
• Ability to communicate information accurately.
• Stable work history with reliability and dependability.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds, up to 60-90 pounds as needed.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist/Backup Truck Builder Software tasks.

Job Summary

Provides administrative support for Shipping Department including the communication, paperwork and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday
• 9am- finish (8-10 hrs)
• $17.00 Per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors with warehouse operations, lost product, order selection
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate information accurately
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and dependability
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds: As needed
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry as needed
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• 1-2 years warehouse shipping and receiving admin support
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and dependability
• Administrative/clerical experience within a warehouse environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AS400
