Job summary

Hodge Company in East Moline, IL is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the 3rd shift to ensure safety, quality and productivity in the warehouse while promoting teamwork.

You will lead tasks, mentor staff, manage personnel, analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and uphold safety. Experience with warehouse software and MS Office is preferred; associate degree or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the allocation of tasks to warehouse staff. Ensure that work is performed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide guidance, developmental feedback, and motivation to warehouse staff fostering a culture of knowledge sharing to ensure seamless integration of warehouse processes and tools.
• Assist with performance evaluations of warehouse staff. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. Resolve personnel issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Support data-driven approaches to optimize labor, optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse layout. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and maintain KPIs to measure warehouse efficiency and productivity. Generate regular reports to track performance against set benchmarks. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes when necessary.
• Ensure a safe working environment by upholding safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture among all employees.

What You'll Do
