Job Overview:

The warehouse coordinator is responsible for the accurate storage, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and location accuracy of all products in frozen or dry goods warehouses. The role requires organizational skills and effective collaboration with other departments.

The coordinator must utilize ERP and RF technology and operate a forklift for moving, locating, and stacking products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts safely and pass certification training
  • Unload inbound shipments and store products appropriately
  • Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy
  • Fulfill work orders and manage inventory via RF technology
  • Check freight for accuracy and damage
  • Maintain records for inventory control and security, following FIFO principles
Must Haves:
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems
  • Experience operating forklifts
  • Ability to work in cold storage environments (-10°F to 24°F)
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Understanding of warehousing processes
  • Ability to analyze inventory variances
  • Organized warehouse management skills
  • Ability to interface with MIS systems
