Job summary

Maas Energy Works, Inc. is seeking a part-time Warehouse Coordinator in Idaho to support the Asset Manager by maintaining accurate inventory and organizing warehouse operations.

The role requires meticulous counting, labeling, and adherence to safety standards while working around forklifts and large equipment. The ideal candidate has inventory/warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, shipping and receiving preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and labeling.
• Valid driver’s license and English proficiency.
• Forklift certification preferred; ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine warehouse cleanliness and organization inspections to maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient work environment.
• Perform inventory audits and physical counts to verify quantities and identify discrepancies.
• Tag, label, and organize inventory according to company standards and inventory-control procedures.
• Inspect incoming and existing inventory for damage, proper identification, and correct storage location.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including documenting count adjustments, discrepancies, and misplaced items.
• Identify and report obsolete, damaged, excess, or missing inventory to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, relocating, and staging materials throughout the warehouse.
• Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company safety procedures.

Position Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Department: Operations

Reports to: Asset Manager

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour; Commensurate to Skills and Experience

Hours: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Schedule is flexible within normal business hours, Monday - Friday, and is arranged with the Asset Manager.

Position Description

The Inventory Control Associate supports the Asset Manager by keeping warehouse inventory accurate, organized, and readily available to field and operations teams. This part-time role focuses on physical counts, inventory audits, labeling, and record accuracy, along with general warehouse organization and material handling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in an orderly and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, shipping and receiving, or a similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting, recording, and labeling.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets or inventory-tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to follow established procedures.
• Forklift certification preferred; must be able to obtain certification and operate a forklift safely.
• Must be able to safely lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be proficient in English.

Physical Demand Requirements

Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse environment. The role works around moving mechanical equipment, including forklifts, and may be exposed to outside conditions such as inclement weather, heat, and cold when working near loading areas or moving materials between buildings. Noise level may be loud at times. Required personal protective equipment must be worn at all times in designated areas.

Physical Demands

This position requires constant movement and use of limbs. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders or stairs to access stored materials. Must be able to move objects of at least 50 lbs., and use leg, abdominal, and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina, and the ability to read labels, part numbers, and inventory documentation accurately.
