Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Fulton, MD to manage daily receipts within MyOrders and assist with monthly/yearly inventory counts. The role involves receiving, storing, and shipping customer orders while following ISO 9001:2008 procedures. You will verify counts, part numbers, and packing slips, and help track RMAs and shipping security.

The position requires 1–3 years in shipping/warehouse, HS diploma, and experience with pallet jacks and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Process daily product receipts within MyOrders.
• Assist in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Handle daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders.
• Follow ISO 9001:2008 procedures.
• Ensure inbound product is signed off with accurate counts and notes for shortages/overages/damages.
• Verify vendor packing slips and part numbers match customer orders.
• Notate updates to customer orders as needed.
• Track product movement in lab and staging areas.
• Ensure shipments are properly packaged and secured.
• Address and track any RMA issues.
• Must be trained to handle Lithium Ion/Metal Battery per IATA guidelines.
• Maintain daily warehouse security of docks and doors.

The Role

Presidio is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Fulton, MD. This role will include but is not limited to, assisting in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations and processing daily product receipts within MyOrders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for processing daily product receipts within MyOrders.
• Assisting in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Directly involved with daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders.
• Follow companies ISO 9001:2008 Procedures.
• Ensures all inbound product is signed off with correct piece count, shortages, overages, or damaged product noted.
• Ensures the product per the vendor packing slips and vendor part numbers coincide with part numbers per the customer order.
• Notates any updates or modifications to a customer order.
• Assist with tracking product in/out of lab and staging areas.
• Ensures each shipment is packaged properly and secured with packing materials.
• Ensures any RMA issues reported and tracked.
• Must have complete training in Lithium Ion/Metal Battery and can properly handle/store and ship UN Battery related product per IATA guidelines.
• Ensures daily security of the warehouse area, alarms, dock doors, and exit doors.
• Has a full understanding of area of responsibility in the overall distribution flow so that continuous improvements can be made due to the ever changing volumes or modifications in the business.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Overall 1-3 years of experience in a shipping, receiving, and/or warehouse environment
• Knowledge of various carriers, shipping and receiving methods required.
• Experience in receiving, staging, packing and shipping in a warehouse environment required.
• Outlook, Word, Excel, general computer skills a must.
• Pallet Jack and Forklift experience
