Job summary

Presidio is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage inbound/outbound operations, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. You will ensure proper documentation, signoffs, and compliance with ISO 9001 and IATA lithium battery shipping guidelines.

Responsibilities include processing receipts in MyOrders, conducting physical inventories, and coordinating daily receiving, storage, and shipping. The role requires up to 75 lbs lifting and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Outlook, Word, Excel, general computer skills required.
  • Knowledge of carriers, shipping and receiving methods required.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in receiving, staging, packing and shipping in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Pallet jack and forklift experience a must.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees day-to-day activities and works with Manager.
  • Process daily product receipts within MyOrders.
  • Assist in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Handle daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders.
  • Follow ISO 9001:2008 procedures.
  • Sign off inbound products with correct counts; note shortages/overages/damages.
  • Verify vendor packing slips and part numbers against customer orders.
  • Notate updates or modifications to customer orders.
  • Track product in/out of lab and staging areas.
  • Ensure shipments include packing slips, commercial invoices, SDS, etc.
  • Package shipments properly and secure with packing materials.
  • Report and track any RMA issues.
  • Must train in Lithium Battery handling per IATA guidelines.
  • Maintain daily warehouse security (alarms/doors).
  • Understand area of responsibility within distribution flow for continuous improvements.
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs.
  • Collaborate with RMA and Global teams.

The Role

Detail-oriented logistics professional with hands-on experience managing daily inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. A reliable team player who excels at verifying documentation, resolving order discrepancies, and maintaining a secure, efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversees and responsible for day-to-day activities, work directly with Manager.
  • Responsible for processing daily product receipts within MyOrders.
  • Assisting in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Directly involved with daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders.
  • Follows companies ISO 9001:2008 Procedures
  • Ensures all inbound products are signed off with correct piece count, shortages, overages or damaged product noted.
  • Ensures the product per the vendor packing slips and vendor part numbers coincide with part numbers per the customer order.
  • Notates any updates or modifications to a customer order.
  • Assist with tracking product in/out of lab and staging areas.
  • Ensures customer orders ship with proper documents (packing slips, commercial invoice, SDS sheet, etc.)
  • Ensures each shipment is packaged properly and secured with packing materials.
  • Ensures any RMA issues are reported and tracked.
  • Must have complete training in Lithium Ion/Metal Battery and can properly handle/store and ship UN Battery related product per IATA guidelines.
  • Ensures daily security of the warehouse area, alarms, doors, exit doors.
  • Has a full understanding of area of responsibility in the overall distribution flow so that continuous improvements can be made due to the ever-changing volumes or modifications in the business.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
  • Works directly with RMA and Global teams
