• Monthly inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
• Send all delivery tickets to the Purchasing Manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

The Warehouse Coordinator will require attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming material for identification, count, and condition against packing slips.
• Report discrepancies and damages to delivery Driver and Purchasing Manager upon discovery for resolution.
• Monthly inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
• Send all delivery tickets to the Purchasing Manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by means of sweeping and blowing debris and emptying all trash cans.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working in Inventory/Warehouse.
• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
