Job summary

Talentify is seeking a logistics professional to ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time to support drilling, completion, intervention and exploration activities in the Texas region. The role requires maintaining compliance with transportation regulations, safety requirements, and company policies for outbound and inbound shipments.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation, documentation, or delivery issues to prevent operational disruptions.
• Optimize inventory movement and warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and logistics records to ensure visibility and traceability of materials.
• Support offshore and remote-location logistics by ensuring proper documentation, packaging, and transportation arrangements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, operational efficiency, and customer service.
• Achieve high levels of operational readiness by ensuring critical equipment and materials are available when and where needed.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across supply chain, warehouse, and field operations teams to support business objectives.
