Jetson is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Centennial, CO to manage core warehouse activities, stock integrity, and timely material availability for service and install teams. You will receive returns, organize outbound loads, assemble kits, and coordinate with the supply chain to prevent disruptions.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, ERP experience with NetSuite, a Bachelor's in a related field, and the ability to operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in ERP systems with NetSuite preferable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process returned material from trucks and field teams
• Unload, Organize, and load outbound materials for service and install trucks
• Assemble accurate part kits for installation and service projects
• Stage kits based on daily schedules and project timelines
• Communicate shortages, overages, or issues with the supply chain team
• Support timely replenishment and minimize job site disruptions
• Support average consumption-based inventory tracking in Netsuite
• Enter transactions related to usage, returns, and transfers
• Cycle counting
• Inventory control and familiarity with adjustments
• Other duties as assigned by management

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a professional, results-driven Warehouse Coordinator for our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the core activities of the warehouse. You will be responsible for diligently executing on the receiving and kitting processes ensuring the teams have the materials to be successful everyday.

What You Will Do:

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain. Preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
• Attention to detail, communication, and drive to deliver.
• Experience in ERP systems with NetSuite experience preferable.

Job Type:

Full time, permanent

Pay:

$25 - $30 Per Hour
