Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations in Atlanta to support inbound, outbound and international shipments. You will apply SOPs, coordinate planning, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
The role requires 2–4 years of warehouse planning experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems. Monday–Friday schedule, with potential weekend hours based on business needs.
Anticipated hourly range:$19.00-$26.80 per hour based on experience

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6PM or completion of work (weekend hours may be required based on business needs)
Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
The Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations applies broad knowledge to ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of the facility’s order fulfilment processes which can including but is not limited to inbound, domestic outbound, and international outbound activities. The Senior Associate executes the facility’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and responds effectively to routine and complex planning and transportation issues.
