Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading warehouse/distribution teams (4+ years).
• Certification/license for forklift or similar may be required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems.
• Able to promote teamwork and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily shift plan and workload to the team.
• Identify and address warehouse issues; pursue improvements.
• Maintain documents and records for shipping/receiving.
• Meet production demands with accurate product movement.
• Maintain organized stock and clean facilities.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust labor accordingly.
• Verify orders against invoices and shipments.
• Train and develop warehouse staff; certify equipment when needed.
• Perform inventories and assist audits.
• Assess staffing and material needs for operations.
