Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy is seeking a warehouse/cooler lead to provide day-to-day leadership for the warehouse team. The role focuses on accurate product movement, inventory control, and meeting operational goals with strict safety and quality standards.

You will train staff and ensure compliance across DFA GMPs, while optimizing space and workflow. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in warehouse leadership, a high school degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience with leadership.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift/walk behind jack certification may be required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and company systems.
• Able to promote a team environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse/cooler team and communicate shift schedules.
• Delegate tasks and monitor workload to meet daily objectives.
• Maintain stock rotation and accurate paper/electronic records.
• Meet production demands with accurate product movement.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with DFA/GMP standards.
• Train and develop employees; certify equipment as needed.
• Oversee inventories and assist with audits.
