Job summary

UnitedUnited, the largest beverage alcohol wholesaler in Georgia and Alabama, seeks a Conveyable Loader in Smyrna, GA. You will load cases onto pallets, read labels, and move them to trucks while maintaining safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include reading route numbers, using the warehouse management system, stacking and securing loads, inspecting for damages, and operating pallet jacks and forklifts. Must be 18+, with experience preferred; a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Six months of experience in a similar loading position strongly preferred.
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack, forklift and other power equipment preferred.
• Accurately read route numbers and truck numbers to ensure the correct truck is loaded.

• Ensure loads are properly stacked, secured, and stable.
• Identify damages and safely clean up spills.

• Report safety or equipment problems in writing.
• Keep the workspace neat, clean, and safe.

Conveyable loaders must be able to move at a fast pace, reading labels and identifying routes while handling cases without breaking them. He or she meets standard productivity goals daily and appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
